Faire requires a seller to send them a support ticket to request an access token.
To get your Faire access token, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - this email needs to be sent from your main Faire account email address. A sample email template to Faire would include the following:
Hello Faire Support, I am requesting our Brand's API key in order to integrate with Dext Commerce (Greenback) and their accounting platform. I have included our account information below: Brand Name: Contact Name: Contact Phone: Contact Email: Thanks, Your Name
Once Faire has issued you an access token, please visit Dext Commerce (Greenback) once again and enter it into our connection wizard.
