When exporting expense transactions, how are the account drop down menus populated?

When exporting expenses to QuickBooks Online, drop down menus are labeled as “Categories” and are populated with the accounts from your QBO Chart of Accounts.

When exporting expenses to Xero, drop down menus are labeled as “line items” and are populated with the accounts from your Xero Chart of Accounts.
