Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Greenback so we've developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.

Last Updated: August 2021.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Greenback, Inc. ("Greenback," "we," "our," "us"), a member of the Dext group of companies ("Dext Group") may collect, use, or share information we obtain through www.greenback.com (the "Site") and/or your use of our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Greenback is the controller of the personal information subject to this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of entities that Greenback does not own or control.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

We may obtain information that you provide directly to us via our Services, such as when you register or open an account, sign in, pay a bill, purchase services, give us feedback, or otherwise engage with the Services. This information may include personal information, which is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number, occupation, company affiliation, username, or payment information. If you submit someone else's personal information (e.g., their contact information) to us, you represent that you are authorized to provide this information to us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Site, we automatically collect certain information from you using automated tools, such as cookies. Cookies are small data files stored by your web browser on your device and may allow a website to recognize your device, record your preferences, track the pages you click on while visiting the website, and identify the website visited immediately beforehand. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you may be able to adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the Site and other websites. Also, disabling cookies may invalidate opt outs that use cookies to recognize devices that have opted out.

The types of information we collect automatically when you visit the Site may include Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, any links you click on to leave or interact with our Site, and other information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies. For example, we collect IP addresses to track and aggregate analytic information, such as using IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate to our Services. We also collect IP addresses from users when they log into the Services as part of our log-in and security features.

We may also use certain third-party web analytics services, including Google Analytics, to help us understand and analyze how visitors use the Site and serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. We and third-party vendors may use first-party cookies or other first-party identifiers as well as third-party cookies or other third-party identifiers, to track demographics, engage in remarketing and interest-based advertising to target your interests, and improve user experience.

Your web browser may have settings that allow you to transmit a "do not track" signal when you visit various websites or use online services. Like many websites, our Site is not designed to respond to "do not track" signals received from browsers. To learn more about "do not track" signals, visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com/.

Information Obtained from Third Parties

We also may obtain information from Dext Group companies or other companies and third parties, including when you sync a third-party account or service with our Services. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from third parties, such as information we receive from service providers, to supplement the personal information you give us (e.g., validate your mailing address) to help us maintain the accuracy of your data and provide you with better service. When submitting information to a third party, you are subject to that third-party's terms of use and privacy policies.
