How to cancel a Dext Commerce subscription
You'll need to provide a few things in order for us to process your cancellation request. Before submitting the cancellation form, please have the following ready:
- The email address associated with your Dext Commerce account
- The Team name associated with the subscription you wish to cancel. You can find the team name by visiting 'Settings > Billing'.
Accounting Partners
Accounting partners looking to cancel their Firm account, please be sure to provide the name of your firm. Partners can also make changes to their subscription via their Dext account manager.
