Mark Transactions as Reconciled in Xero
In some cases you may wish to mark transactions exported by Greenback to Xero as "reconciled". Here are instructions to do so:
- Dashboard>Manage Accounts>Account Transactions.
- Next go to Help, and click "Enable Mark As Reconciled".
- Return to your account transactions screen.
- Select the transactions in bulk that you want reconciled.
- Click the dropdown button option "more". You should now have the option to "Mark as Reconciled".
Transactions that have been marked reconciled in Xero can no longer be manipulated by Greenback. Attempts to "unexport" transactions in Greenback that have been marked reconciled in Xero will fail.
