Connect Your Account

Connect your Big Cartel account to Greenback using the following steps:

• Log in to your Greenback account
• Go to Connect an account > Sales > Big Cartel > Connect +
• Click Connect
  • If you are already logged into Big Cartel, the connection will be established
  • If you are not logged in, you are redirected to Big Cartel’s login page
    • Enter your Big Cartel Shop URL and Password
    • Click Login

Greenback currently supports all regions in which Not On The High Street operates.

If you are in need of your historical transactions, Greenback can gather those for you. There are no time limitations for Big Cartel transactions.
