Connecting your Account
You'll need to authorize Dext Commerce to connect with your EKM account. Follow these simple steps:
In the sidebar, navigate to Sales > New Connect and select Sales
You will be taken to the EKM authentication page. Enter the credentials you would use to log into your store account.
You will be taken to the EKM authorization page. After reading the details, select Allow Access
Once the connection is established, Commerce will begin to sync your data. Once complete, a verification message will display.
When you connect an account Commerce automatically fetches a few transactions prior to the connection date, and then all transactions going forward. It is possible to import additional historical data, referred to as a Catch Me Up (CMU). In most cases, Commerce will be able to fetch multiple years of EKM data without issue.
Users on paid Growth or higher plans are provided with a 90-day Catch Me Up as part of their subscription.

EKM does not track payment processing to enough of a degree for our system to leverage it for accounting purposes. Our EKM integration will track orders and whether they were marked as fulfilled, but any refunds or other adjustments to an order’s payments will need to be handled separately by yourself. If you use Stripe or PayPal for payment processing, you can access our integrations with those platforms to help track refunds and other adjustments.
